Strength x Breath
The Ultimate Combo for a Stronger Body and a Calmer Mind
A structured combination of Strength and Conditioning + guided Breathwork to maximise physical performance, mental clarity, and emotional balance. Step out of the same old gym class and explore a smarter combination that has you walk out feeling strong, calm, energised and ready for anything.
Created for ambitious men & women who want the biggest return on training: better movement, stronger muscles, calmer mind, clear energised focus.
Led by Aaron Richardson, Head of Strength & Conditioning at Noosa Tigers AFL Club (QAFL), and Damian Murdoch, a Mindset Coach & Breathwork Facilitator who has helped hundreds overcome anxiety and performance pressure.
This is far more than a workout. This scientifically backed approach gives you the benefits of two modalities for the price of one. No gym contract. No membership. Suitable for beginners through to athletes.
Arrive at 5.55am for a 6am start.
This session is designed in two distinct but complementary parts:
We’ll begin with strength and conditioning – functional, grounding movements that build resilience, stability, and confidence in the body.
From there we’ll transition into guided breathwork, where you’ll experience this powerful and under rated tool for shifting your state and healing your body.
Together, these practices offer a powerful reset to have you feeling strong, focussed and bouncing into your day.
I’m Damian Murdoch
I’m a Mindset Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and Anxiety Management Specialist.
I’m passionate about Breathwork as a key to health, mental clarity and emotional balance. After initially being a sceptic, I have experienced it as a powerful tool to control your emotional state.
I’m Aaron Richardson
I’m a Corrective Exercise and Strength Coach. I’m the head of Strength and Conditioning at Noosa Tigers AFL Club in the QAFL.
I’ll use similar principles and practices to those I use at the football club and with my clients on a day to day basis. These will help your body’s ability to move more freely.
This is much more than a generalised “boot camp” style workout, with the focus being on correct movement techniques.
