PART A
SETTING THE FOUNDATION
We start by having a look at where you are and why.
We then begin to set the foundation, becoming familiar with all the pieces that we’re going to use to tackle this beast, so you can start applying those pieces to your situation for immediate results.

Session 1 - 1 Hour
Your Personal Circumstances
This is a getting to know you session – we have a look at what’s going on for you, the history of your anxiety. There are crucial understandings here for what’s to come later in the coaching program.
We’ll introduce your first tool, ‘The Results Chain’. You’ll understand the chain of events which lead to your anxiety symptoms, and what triggers those chains. And you’ll start to witness those chains play out in your life.
You’ll also start to notice how many opportunities arise to catch the downward spiral of your thinking and turn it around toward a positive outcome.

Tools for Your Immediate Use

In this session we’ll get into tools to help you take charge straight away.
You’ll be introduced to powerful mindset techniques. These techniques are utilised by the elite in sport, performance and business to enable them to be in charge of their emotional state in high pressure moments.
You’ll learn to start applying these tools and techniques immediately to your personal situation in those moments when anxiety begins to arise.

Strategies for Prevention

Now that you’re equipped with the tools to handle situations are they arise, we can move on to the game plan as to how to prevent those situations arising in the first place.
You’ll learn the strategies you’ll need to stop anxiety being an issue in your life, and discover the keys to the mindset with which to approach the task in front of you.

You’ll come to realize how small changes in that view results in big changes in your experience. You’ll gain clarity on exactly what needs to be done to prevent anxiety being triggered, and finish this session looking forward to a life where unnecessary anxiety isn’t part of your day.”
PART B
TACKLING THE BEAST
Following the foundation work of Part A, it’s time to really tackle the beast!
It’s time to make the changes on the subconscious level, where real changes need to take place.
“We go deep into the root cause of the anxiety symptoms you’re experiencing, and begin to remove the triggers, change filters through which you’re viewing the world, disable the toxic voices in your head, and leave you responding to the world in a completely different way.”
Session 1 - 1 Hour
Beliefs 1 - Identification and deconstruction of unhealthy beliefs.
We take an in depth look at beliefs and the massive role they play in the quality of our lives.
1- We uncover the unconscious beliefs that are ruling your life:
• Where did they come from?
• Are they healthy?
2- We’ll identify your unhealthy beliefs; those which are being triggered by people and situations, resulting in the anxiety symptoms you’re experiencing.
3- Then we’ll deconstruct these beliefs, and in doing so remove the triggers for your anxiety. We’ll use peak performance techniques which work on the subconscious level to remove the correlations between an event and your mind/body’s response to it.

An in depth look at the mental chatter which has such a massive bearing on the results you get in life.
• Who are these voices and where do they come from?
• How do you make peace with them?
You’ll learn why you don’t need to take them too seriously.
Are you an incessant worrier?
• You’ll learn where and when that can be to your advantage.
• You’ll also learn when to put that trait on the shelf, and how.
You’ll learn a fantastic and fun technique to put the voices in your head to work for your advantage.

We’ve deconstructed the programs which lead to anxiety, now we’re going to install some healthy beliefs, triggers and programs of your choosing which will empower you and lead you toward your goals.

The Personal Trademark is a process taken from elite sport.
Talking charge of anxiety is much like elite sport in that it is largely about emotional state control - being in charge of your mind and body when the pressure comes on.
While elite sport utilizes the focus provided by the vision of a premiership cup/trophy/medal, elite coaches then narrow their focus back to behaviours in the moment. What individual circumstances tend to block you from gaining momentum toward achievement?

We spend a session removing obstacles, and putting habits and routines in place which are going to ensure continued momentum.
