Poor emotional state control has cost me in many areas of my life in the past. Anxiety, depression, anger and the inconsistency that comes with these emotional states held me back in sport, work and my relationships. The lack of trust in my ability to handle my emotions held me back from chasing my dreams.
I would love to have my time again with what I now know about Emotional State Control. The panic attacks, the crippling anxiety, the bouts of depression I faced, forced me to look deeply at my mental and emotional game. It’s been a fascinating ride since, and my life has improved out of sight.

What really drew me in was this was being delivered by someone who had experienced anxiety and panic attacks. Someone who had come through it on the other side and knew what I was going through, what I was feeling. Not someone who had just studied for a few years and told me I just need to breathe.
